AI that reaches the product, not just the slide deck.
Consulting, implementation and training. I use AI in production every day, so I know where it accelerates, where it breaks and how to design around it.

AI in real projects
- Nuno Dias · CivilSul
Invoice and expense automation
Over 400 invoices typed into Excel by hand, with site codes spelled 19 different ways and the same invoice entered in several places. With Claude we normalised the data into a single source: an error-proof Excel (closed lists, filters by site, type, month, year and who paid) and an app that reads and writes that same Excel, with cost per site, automatic checks and an export for the accountant. In 2 days.
Uncategorised spend down from about 40% to 1%, no more double entry, and invoices from the wrong year flagged automatically. Next: reading the invoice QR code to end manual typing.

Frequently asked
What people usually ask before we start. If your question isn’t here, just ask.
Ask another questionWhere do I start with AI?
With a diagnosis: we look at your processes and opportunities, where AI adds value and where it doesn’t, and draw a phased adoption roadmap with the right tools and models.
What kind of problems can AI solve?
Mostly manual, repetitive work. One example: at CivilSul, a construction company, 400+ invoices typed in by hand moved to an error-proof Excel and an app with a dashboard and automatic checks, in 2 days.
Does my data leave the company?
It depends on the solution, and it’s one of the first things we decide. In the invoice case, the app opens the company’s own Excel in the browser, with no internet or server: the data stays in the file.
Do you train teams?
Yes: hands-on team workshops on AI in the design and product workflow, and prompting and tooling best practice.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what’s needed. After a first conversation I prepare a proposal: each project’s scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing.
