The project
DS brings together two brands, DS Credit Intermediaries and DS Insurance, with offices from Faro to Lisbon. The site had to explain six kinds of credit and nine kinds of insurance without drowning anyone in text, and bring in requests that are already qualified.
The answer was a simulators page: mortgage payment, personal and car credit, debt-to-income ratio and property transfer tax (IMT), each with a live summary and a button to send the request. Insurance has a step-by-step comparator, and every form first asks whether it is credit or insurance, and which kind, so the request reaches the right person. All in Portuguese and English.
